Arrived with clear tape all over the cover, the name LAZARUS written in capital letters on cover. Price in pencil 14.50 crossed off and replaced with 13.05. Libretto in French and English. Handwritten notes in pencil inside, including in capital letters DRY ICE BOX on page 63.
