Arrived with clear tape all over the cover, the name LAZARUS written in capital letters on cover. Price in pencil 14.50 crossed off and replaced with 13.05. Libretto in French and English. Handwritten notes in pencil inside, including in capital letters DRY ICE BOX on page 63.

Arrived intact, used, pencil mark of 1800 on cover. Colorful drawing of lady in yellow dress with hair on top of neck. No face.

Arrived intact in an Amazon box with tight shrinkwrapping, a proper invoice, typed address label, and this plastic bag in which I'm meant to send in an old cell phone so soldiers can call home.
